SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery dates will be affected during the public holidays and we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time.

SHIPPING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • No Sunday and public holiday deliveries
  • No shipments on weekend and public holiday

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We offer two (2) shipping methods: standard delivery and express delivery as below:

  • West Malaysia (Malaysia standard delivery) – Your order will be shipped the following day via Ninja Cold and will reach you within 2 – 3 working days.
  • Klang Valley, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan (express delivery) – Order by 12pm will be delivered on the same day via Lalamove/Grab delivery.
  • East Malaysia Malaysia (standard delivery) – Your order will be shipped the following day via J&T courier and will reach you within 5 – 7 working days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

Shipping days are counted based on the day the package is shipped. If your order needs 3 days to be delivered, it is 3 days the day package gets picked up by the courier service from our main outlet in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.  Some courier service may delivery regular shipping packages on Saturdays. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery for regular shipping.

WHAT TIME TO EXPECT DELIVERY?

Malaysia standard delivery

Orders made by using our standard delivery service will arrive within 2 – 3 business days to any West Malaysia business or residential address.  Please note we do not currently deliver on weekends and public holidays.  In extreme weather conditions please allow additional time for deliveries.

Standard delivery as follows:

  • West Malaysia – RM15 below 2kg
  • East Malaysia – RM45 below 2kg

Express delivery

Orders placed before 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday your order will be shipped the same day.  If you place your order after 12pm, your order will ship the next possible business day.

If you need express delivery please call our customer service at +6018 910 4475 to check availability and additional charges due.

Please note that orders cannot be delivered on Sundays.

WHERE ARE PACKAGES SHIPPED FROM?

Packages are sent from our distribution centre in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, Monday through Friday, except for national holidays.

While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, CHOCSVALLEY cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as weather, service interruptions, etc.
