About Us

Chocsvalley was established in 2013 in Seremban (capital of the Malaysian state of Negeri Sembilan) by a passionate chocolatier, Siti Izah Kassim, initially as a retail outlet for other brands of chocolates and chocolate candies.

Even in the early years of doing retail, Siti Izah had begun formulating her own portfolio of premium artisan chocolates consisting of a variety of pralines, truffles and bars. Peddling her yet unknown creations amidst established brands, it soon became evident customers gravitated to her handmade artisan chocolates.

The richness in taste of her artisan chocolates made of 100% cocoa butter and her improving presentations and flavour combinations attracted more and more customers from near and far, many are delightfully surprised that such quality chocolates are being produced locally from her modest outlet.

By 2015, Chocsvalley began its bold venture of featuring exclusively its own artisan chocolates in the outlet, meticulously crafted by Siti Izah and her dedicated team.

In Dec 2020, Chocsvalley relocated to its current premises in Oakland, Seremban 2, increasing the production capacity by establishing a modern boutique factory to cater to its growing clientele. Chocsvalley obtained HALAL certification in 2023 from Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).

Today Chocsvalley continues to gain more fans, either seasoned chocolate lovers or those who have just begun their journey on gourmet artisan chocolates.

Our outlet has also been welcoming many to its ‘Make Your Own Chocolates’ sessions, with participants leaving with huge sweet smiles enjoying and sharing chocolates made with their own hands.

Chocsvalley diasaskan pada tahun 2013 di Seremban oleh seorang chocolatier tempatan yang gigih, Siti Izah Kassim, asalnya sebagai satu kedai coklat yang meruncit berbagai-bagai jenama lazim produk coklat yang sudah lama di pasaran.

Namun sejak di tahun-tahun awal lagi menjalankan penjualan runcit ini, Siti Izah telah pun mula merumuskan suatu portfolio coklat seni tangan premium (artisan chocolate) sendiri, yang terdiri daripada beraneka jenis coklat praline, truffle dan bar. Meletakkan hasil rekaan coklat yang belum dikenali bersaing dengan jenama-jenama yang sudah ternama, ternyata para pelanggan cenderung terhadap keistimewaan coklat seni-tangan Chocsvalley.

Rasa coklat seni-tangan yang dihasilkan harum dan kaya dengan lemak koko sejati, seiringan dengan olahan rekabentuk serta gabungan perisa yang kian meningkat mutunya berjaya memikat makin ramai pelanggan dari dekat dan jauh. Ramai yang kagum dan terkejut coklat berkualiti sebegini dihasilkan secara tempatan di premis yang sederhana ini.

Menjelang tahun 2015, Chocsvalley memulakan langkah berani memasarkan secara eksklusif di premisnya coklat seni-tangan penghasilan sendiri, setiap satunya dinukil dengan penuh teliti oleh Siti Izah dan para pembantunya.

Pada Dis 2020 Chocsvalley berpindah ke premis kini di Oakland, Seremban 2, mempertingkatkan kapasiti pengeluaran dengan menubuhkan “boutique factory” yang moden, untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan yang bertambah.  Chocsvalley memperolehi sijil HALAL dari Jabata Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) pada 2023.

Kini Chocsvalley terus menarik lebih ramai peminat, sama ada pengemar coklat tegar mahupun mereka yang baru hendak berjinak-jinak dengan rasa unggul coklat premium seni-tangan.
