REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds or Exchanges

All purchases of items through the service will be final and non-refundable. We are not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer and lost or stolen packages once the order has been delivered to the recipient’s address.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your online order or phone order before your order is packed and shipped.

Please ensure that you provide a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order together with your order number, contact details and details of the products.

If an order has already been dispatched for delivery, cancellation is NOT accepted.
